B-I-N-G-O and bingo was his name-o!

Body Shop Bingo, kinda just rolls off the tongue doesn't it?

I'm (and some other consultants, but mostly me) putting together Body Shop Bingo in less than 3 weeks!
I've got it all planned out -
We've got a room that is only costing us $40 an hour, and has a small gaming license, which are our 2 qualifications, cheap and legal.
I got a bunch of prizes to give away, I have some things to sell as "grab bags"- at least $25 worth of stuff for only $20. It's mostly discontinued stuff that I got cheap and products that I got for free that I didn't need.
I've got stuff to give away as door prizes. I found a bingo cage to borrow. I got my local tastefully simple reps to provide food.
All I need now is to get the butts in the seats. That's the part that's going to get me. I can plan everything else out and have it all in place and ready to go, but I can't make people come.
By putting this together I am taking a risk, and I have never been a huge risk taker, I'm all about playing it safe. I could lose my shirt on this or I could make quite a bit of money on this venture, it all depends on if people like The Body Shop enough to come an play bingo to win the products.
On the up side, I'm not looking to make money from this. All profits taken in from this will be donated to the Milagro house. The point of this is basically to get people to a open house without knowing that they are going to an open house. Besides just having the prizes, I will have a display of some of our new holiday products, including October's host bonus (insert devious smiler here). My ultimate hope from this is to get some bookings and some sales from this shindig.

So cross your fingers and if you aren't busy on October 12th, come play bingo with me.

If it weren't a 6 hour drive, I'm tempted to play Bingo. :) Unfortunately, that weekend is also FaerieCon 2008, so I will be kilted, horned, and puckish.
Good luck though!
