Sister, can you spare a quarter?

Ever been to a quarter auction? Want to go to one? Want to know what the heck I'm talking about?
A quarter auction is kind of like a mix between bingo and an auction.
You are "bidding" on items like an auction, but it is sheer luck whether you win or not, like bingo.

A bunch of other direct sales consultants and myself and I are putting together a quarter auction, and we are having some fabulous prizes up for bid. As of right now, at least 15 of our items will be worth at least $50! How awesome would it be to win $50 of TBS stuff for .75? Or Tastefully simple, or pampered chef? As of right now, we have about 15 vendors, and are looking to have 20 total.

It's on April 25th at the Elizabethtown Moose lodge. Tickets are $15, but you get $10 in quarters at the door, and $2 goes to the Milagro house in Lancaster, www.milagrohouse.org

The local boy scout troop will be selling refreshments and some of the vendors will have cash and carry items available as well.

Let me know if you want to come or would like more details. Space is limited, first come first served.

It's here, it's free, and it's all mine....

I just got my $100 in free stuff from the 6 month 2-4-8 challenge, and I have a few comments to make.
1. the mosaic oil burner- it's off white, and it's actually metal. I wasn't sure from the picture. It's very pretty, and it would go really well in my friend Tere's mom's house. It almost has a bit of a victorian feel to it.

2. the sail boat home fragrance oil does NOT smell like a sail boat. It's a very clean smell, similar to oceanus but different. I would call sailboat and oceanus cousins.

3. Aqua lily (one of our new summer fragrances) is *very* reminisicent of marinis. Only it's a little softer. Does anyone besides me remember marinis? I loved marinis, I think I'm going to love aqua lily too.

4. White petals home fragrance oil smells like leap. Does anyone remember leap either? I liked leap, I wish they would bring it back. I think that everyone should buy lots of white petals and then suggest that they make a whole line of white petals products and not just the home fragrance oil.

You may be wondering what I'm going to do with this assortment of brand spankin' new body shop products. I have 2 words for you: quarter auction.
